The SerVicE study association is connected to the master 'Real Estate Management & Development' at the faculty of 'Architecture, Building & Planning' of the University of Technology of Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The primary goal of this study association is to mediate between the professional real estate business and the university's real estate students.

Doing this, SerVicE remains constantly abreast of the latest developments in the real estate practice, which offers a substantial added value for the REMD-students, who are connected to our association through their membership. Apart from the students, SerVicE is also of value for real estate businesses and organisations, since knowledge is provided from the most recent researches from graduating students. These are just a few examples of how SerVicE contributes to the real estate branche.

Therefore, a close interaction between business and students is of great importance. SerVicE arranges several activities to achieve the above-mentioned goal. Next to these activities for students, SerVicE publishes three times per year the 'SerVicE Magazine', which has grown out to be a comprehensive real estate magazine for both students and real estate professionals. The magazine was started with the foundation of the study association in 1992 and currently has an edition of 1850.
