Code of conduct

Regulations 

With our regulations we want to provide a decent and pleasant working environment for all. We want to promote work safely. It is is important to us to keep refuse and waste to a minimum in order to reduce environmental pollution.

Please take note of the following:

  • Overcoats must be hung on the coat rack;
  • Use as little workspace as possible;
  • Clear your workbench when you leave. Put your models completed with a note in the shelves. Models on, in front of our next to the shelves or on the ground will be removed;
  • Return tools and gluepots to their rightful place after use;
  • Place surplus but usable materials in the remains containers;
  • Try to keep the size of your model to a minimum;
  • Keep your workplace tidy (also underneath the workbench);
  • Stuff from the cafetaria is not profibited (as well food, drinks as china);
  • Materials and tools are only for use in the workshop;
  • Workshop staff will, if deemed necessary, clear the workbenches. In order to prevent the unpleasant occurence of your work or parts thereof disappearing in the rubbish container, we advise you to keep your workspace neat and tidy (and preferably labelled with your contact details on our special notes);
  • If you intend to be absent for a longer period and you wish to keep your models here, please store your work on a shelf on level -2, properly labelled with the date and your personal details (including telephone number) on our special notes.
