The Notebook Service Center Bouwkunde can be found at the second floor of the Vertigo building, next to the library. Faculty employees as well as students can get help here if they encounter problems with their notebook or pc, or need some help with software or printing.

The NSCB exist primarily for notebook problems, but also serves as a front desk for problems with the pc's in computer rooms at the 3rd and 5th floor. Mostly these problems will be handed off to the Buro Automatisering Bouwkunde (BAB), which is located directly behind the NSCB desk. Students with hardware problems on university notebooks will most of the time be referred to the Notebook Service Centrum Centraal in "de Hal".

At the NSCB it is also possible to borrow a laptop and/or a projector for presentations. You can reserve a laptop or projector in person at the front desk or by calling 0402475422 or by sending an email to notebook.supp@remove-this.bwk.tue.nl. To reserve a projector or notebook you need to specify your name, s-number, location of use, phone number and the kind of presentation the equipment will be used for (for instance the project or course). The NSCB also lends students or employees the remote control and cable needed to use the rooms at the 3rd and 4th floor where beamers are already installed. At the NSCB are two slide scanners that can be borrowed as well.
